Les Forces Naturelles is a Québec-based stationery house devoted to purposeful paper goods. Our mission: to create content and tools that invite to reconnect with what's real.

We design guided notebooks to write, reflect, create, play, live, and learn. Each notebook is conceived as a companion—an analogue anchor that encourages time off-screen, meaningful gestures, and a physical rhythm to one’s thoughts.

A small fable about how it all began

✨✨ Since the dawn of time, humans have sought to understand themselves. They watched the stars, interpreted the shadows on cave walls, guided by the flicker of firelight. Later, they invented elaborate systems, classifying themselves by rituals, moods, or even the lines on their palms.

But one day, as the modern world seemed to have catalogued and explained everything, a quiet revelation took root in the minds of a few iconoclastic dreamers. It sprang from an unassuming observation, right in the middle of their experimental garden:

What if the wisdom we’ve been chasing didn’t live in distant galaxies or complex theories, but in the humble vegetables growing at our feet?

And so the Twelve Natural Forces were born—embodied by twelve emblematic vegetables. Each reflects a way of being in the world, a singular energy.

These Forces are pretexts—not to define or categorize oneself, but to spark concrete, physical, creative actions. An invitation to give more room to the living: in our hands, our habits, our days.

We invent what makes us vibrate. Here, abstraction exists only to serve ritual—ritual in its simplest form: the gesture.
